Medical Conditions

On booking a treatment with Livin' the Dream Beauty, please do inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy or if you are breast feeding with at the time of your booking. If you have any uncertainty you should seek medical advice from your doctor. A comprehensive consultation will be carried out by your therapist before your treatment. Please be aware that some conditions will mean that you cannot have certain treatments and you may not be able to have a treatment that day or your therapist will suggest an alternative treatment. This will not be discounted. If it is your first time having eyelash extensions, please note that a patch test is required minimum 24 hours before your booked appointment.
Payments
Payments can be made by cash or card. Most credit and debit Cards (except AMEX) are accepted via IZettle Pay, the therapist may need access to a WiFi connection if you are not in a 3G covered area. Cheques are accepted if no other form of payment is available.
Cancellation Policy
For Customers, cancellation is free up to 48 hours prior to your booked appointment and customer will be refunded full deposit fee. Any cancellation within the 48 hours of booked appointment date, 100% of the deposit fee will be charged. Cancelling 1hr before booking time, client no show, or client delayed by more than 20mins, will incur 100% (Full treatment cost) cancellation fee. Reduction in booking value with 12hr notice or less will result in 50% of the cancelled treatments value being charged. Please note that if you book a treatment to the wrong address in your account, our Therapist may, time permitted, travel to the correct address if it is within 10minutes from the original address, however they’re under no obligation to do so. If they are unable to travel to the new address, because of other bookings, 100% cancellation fee will be charged. In the event that one of our Therapist is unable to attend a booking due to a medical emergency, we will do our absolute best to re-schedule your appointment, however we cannot offer any compensation for inconvenience caused due to unforeseen medical emergencies.
If a Therapist is more than 20mins late to a job booking, the client would only be charged 50%
Mobile Beauty Etiquette
Your mobile beautician may arrive up to 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. This will allow her to set up the equipment. If for any reason your mobile therapist is over 30 minutes late, for reasons beyond her control, and the therapist still has time to carry out your treatment you will be offered 50% of your treatment price. If the therapist is over 30 minutes late and does not have time to fully carry out your treatment you will be allowed to re book and receive the same treatment for free next time. Once the mobile beautician is in your house any significant time taken out to tend to deliveries, babies, pets or work that becomes a disturbance during the treatment may be taken off your treatment time. If you are late for your treatment your treatment time will be cut where necessary.
Gift Voucher and Treatment Courses
Gift Vouchers and treatment courses are valid for 6 months, unless otherwise stated, and will not be accepted after the expiry date. They are non refundable. Please quote your Gift Voucher Reference number at the time of booking and have it with you for the appointment. The 24hr cancellation policy still applies to treatment course bookings and gift vouchers, but 100% of the treatment price will be redeemed from your voucher or course.
Pamper Parties
Pamper and Wedding Packages are bespoke, and quotes are at the sole discretion of the business owner. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. An additional travel charge may also be incurred.
Prices
Treatment prices are non-negotiable and discounts and offers are at the discretion of the business owner. Livin' the Dream Beauty retains the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Parking
It is the client’s responsibility to be able to provide or advise parking prior to booking an appointment. Time spent by the therapist trying to find suitable parking if not advised by the client may be deducted from total treatment times.
Space for Treatments
If under unusual circumstances a treatment is booked and there is not enough space to perform the treatment safely, an alternative treatment or an arrangement will be made. The therapist cannot take any responsibility for any treatment not carried out due to lack of space.
Data Security
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
